Consultation & Nadi Pariksha
A full assessment of your constitution and current imbalance, with a written plan for diet, routine and medicines.
Personal consultations, Panchakarma and herbal care rooted in the classical texts, and fitted to your body, your season and the way you live.
Dr. Nita Singh trained in Kottakkal, Kerala, one of the great homes of classical Ayurveda and Kerala-style therapies. Every treatment plan starts with a full consultation: pulse diagnosis (nadi pariksha), a close look at digestion, sleep and daily routine, and a clear explanation of what is out of balance and why.
She works with people managing long-term conditions such as joint pain, digestive trouble, skin conditions, stress and poor sleep, and with anyone who simply wants to stay well. When it helps, she coordinates with your family doctor, and she never asks you to stop prescribed medication on your own.
Therapies are prescribed after a consultation, never sold as a menu. Durations are typical for a single session.
